DONATIONS OR GIFTS IN KIND

Thank you for considering a donation to Merriwood Christain Camp in Clemmons, North Carolina.

Forms of donations: Merriwood is pleased to accept small and large donations in the form of cash or check, made out to Merriwood Christian Camp, 9640 Center Grove Church Rd., Clemmons, NC 27012. There is also opportunity to donate online with the ease of credit card donations. (If you are making a large donation, please consider doing so by check, to help Merriwood credit card fees for large payments.) More information and link below. We also welcome gifts of stocks, securities, vehicles, and/or other property. Please contact us (or have your broker contact us) at 336-766-5151 to set up a time to meet to discuss details for the later donations.

Receipting: Merriwood is a non-profit organization. We are able to provide tax-deductible receipts for gifts-in-kind as well as monetary donations. We can send the receipt by mail or given in person once the gift or donation is received as well as in year-end receipts. We are also able to provide our TAX ID number as necessary.

MATCHING GIFTS

One way to increase giving is to offer a matching gift promotion. If you would be interested in sponsoring a matching gift, MCC could work with you to set up a specific matching gift timeframe and specific project the donations will go toward. FIND AND PURSUE LIFE IN JESUS

It’s always a blessing and a surprise when a child chooses to have his/her birthday party at Merriwood and, rather then accepting gifts for themselves, they ask for the guests to bring a gift Merriwood can use. Such parties have resulted in donations of paper products, office supplies, first aid supplies, and more. Of course, there are many other ways alumni staff, campers, parents, and donors can support the ministry of Merriwood Christian Camp, resulting in impacting lives for eternity.
